After every class, you log the session in the Facilitator Portal. Each enrolled student then receives a simple email notification: "Your facilitator logged Session 3 today. If this is incorrect, tap here to flag it." Students do nothing if the session happened — they only respond if something is wrong. Any flag pauses that session and triggers a review.

48-Hour Silent Confirmation Window

Each logged session enters a 48-hour confirmation window. If no student flags it, the session is automatically confirmed. You cannot advance to the next session or submit your completion report until all windows have closed — keeping the timeline honest.

Submit Your Completion Report

Once all six sessions are confirmed, submit your program completion report. A final 7-day review window opens — a second layer of protection before payment is released.

Everything You Need to Know

Do I need any prior training or credentials to apply?

No prior training is required. The Teacher's Guide is written so that anyone who reads it thoroughly can lead the course effectively. If you're passionate about helping families prepare and protect what matters, you have what it takes.

Is there really no upfront cost to become a facilitator?

Almost. The only thing you pay out-of-pocket before your first group is the Teacher's Guide ($49.99 on Amazon). The $449 registration fee is deducted from your first group earnings before your payout — so you never have to pay it directly.

How many courses can I run at one time?

As many as you can manage. Your one-time registration covers unlimited courses, unlimited participants, and unlimited months. There are no recurring fees and no caps on your earning potential.

What is the minimum class size?

The minimum class size is 6 participants. This ensures a meaningful group experience for your students and makes the course financially worthwhile for you.

What happens if a participant wants a refund?

Enrollment fees are non-refundable. This policy is clearly disclosed to participants before they complete payment. Because you've committed your time and the program structure to their enrollment, refunds are not available after payment is processed.

I'm part of a church or nonprofit organization. Can they officially host this program?

Yes — with the right framing. Nonprofit organizations including churches can make this program available to their members as a community resource. The key is that you operate as an independent facilitator, not as an employee or agent of the organization. The organization hosts the program at their facility and may choose to sponsor enrollment fees for their members as a charitable community investment. All commercial transactions — enrollment fees and your earnings — flow directly through Life Now & Beyond, keeping the organization's nonprofit status clean. We recommend discussing the specific structure with a nonprofit advisor before your launch meeting, and we're happy to provide documentation that describes the independent facilitator relationship.

How does session verification work — do students have to do anything?

Students don't have to do anything unless something is wrong. When you log a session, every enrolled student receives a simple email notification. If the session happened, they ignore it. If a session was logged that didn't occur, they tap one link to flag it. After 48 hours with no flags, the session is automatically confirmed. This passive system protects students without burdening them with weekly tasks.

What happens if a student flags a session?

The flagged session is immediately paused and marked for review by the Life Now & Beyond team. The facilitator is notified and cannot advance to the next session or submit a completion report until the dispute is resolved. This protects students who have paid and ensures program integrity.

Do participants need to buy the books?

Yes — participants order the two course books directly from Amazon. You'll share the Amazon links with them when they enroll. The books are priced at $19.99 and $15.99, and together with the enrollment fee, the total investment stays under $249.

Can I teach the course online, in-person, or both?

You choose the format that works best for you and your community. Many facilitators will run in-person programs at churches, community centers, or offices. Others prefer virtual programs via Zoom. Both are fully supported.
